Recently we purchased a new Harley-Davidson Screamin Eagle Fat Bob at Colonial Harley-Davidson. Everyone at the dealership made this a great experience for us. John "Doc" Makovsky was our primary salesperson. He took the time to find out why we wanted a Harley. Using his knowledge he (without ever using any "high pressure" selling) directed us to the Fat Bob. John is extremely knowledgeable about all the Harley products & I feel, found the best fit for us.

Candice Gill handled all the financial issues, paperwork, etc. She also took the time to thoroughly explain our options, and was patient with all our questions.

Andrea Grant and Robin helped pick out all our riding gear.. Like John & Candice, she was friendly, helpful, & assured us that we were choosing quality products for the style, comfort, & most importantly - there safety. Judy Barreto made sure we received items we ordered.

Upon entering Colonial Harley-Davidson we've always been warmly greeted by Ron Childs & other staff members. All the employees make us feel as though they've known us forever. We're very much looking forward to everything owning a Harley will bring.

Bob sent a very nice engraved plaque personalized for me and my bike. It’s on display in my office. Everyone’s giving lots of compliments on it and my bike.

The Harley Staff recognizes and welcomes me by name when I come into the dealership.
