I would like to take the opportunity to express my sincerest thanks and deepest appreciation for a "job well-done" on the upgrades you recently installed on my 2002 FLSTF. Late last year I had the distinct pleasure of meeting several members of your organization while travelling on business to Virginia. Even though I did not have my bike with me, I couldn't resist the urge to come into your dealership and grab a T-shirt and maybe admire a few of the latest and greatest production models...

It was while there, I was fortunate enough to run into "Mack Murr" from your parts department. Mack took the time to answer my many questions about my bike, and he did so in such a knowledgeable and friendly manner that I could not help but be impressed. Not only did he completely know what he was talking about, but he was also able to offer a few different suggestions on how I might go about achieving certain goals I had set for my ride.

Then, after talking with several other wonderful members of your staff and experiencing the same type of "informative" and "customer-friendly" approach, I decided I would bring in my ride and let your mechanics work their magic. Now thanks to "Nate" over in service, and "Ken" who did the work on my bike, my machine is running like a finely tuned instrument. I then had the opportunity to ride it all the way back to Wisconsin while logging close to a thousand problem free miles. What a trip,...great work guys!!

The friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and personal approach I experienced at Colonial Harley-Davidson, was the reason I chose to have my service performed at your dealership. As a military retiree, I have had the opportunity to witness firsthand the many different dealerships available around the globe. You folks are by far, one of the best Harley-Davidson representatives I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Your state-of-the-art facility complete with Dyno-tune capability, combined with qualified HD mechanics, and superior staff are the reason I will continue to come back to "Colonial Harley-Davidson"...
